Terrell Owens made headlines earlier this week when he posted a video of an he entered into an argument with a woman who claimed she was harassed by him.

The woman accused the first 49er, Eagle, and Cowboy of running a stop sign and almost hitting her with his car.

In the video, the woman can be heard saying “You didn’t have to get out of your f—ing car. You’re a Black man approaching a White woman.”

Owens called the lady “Karen” in an Instagram caption, and the former receiver pounced TMZ Sports discuss to conflict.

He said everything could have been much worse.

“I could have died,” he said. “Honestly, I could have died and the plot would have been completely different.”

“If the wrong kind of cops showed up, if they got the wrong kind of information,” the Hall of Famer added. “She, you saw the video, she started crying, you never know how that situation could have turned.”

Although no citations have been issued, the 48-year-old Owens still feels the woman in the video should face consequences, and he wants the state of Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody to look into the situation.

“I hope the people here in Florida, they look into what happened,” Owens said. “I hope that maybe she can deal with this and see what to do, because like I said, this could get really, really bad and like I said, this could be a situation where you might not have been talking to me living here today, but spoke of me differently.”

Owens’ 15,934 receiving yards are the third most in NFL history, behind only Jerry Rice and Larry Fitzgerald.
