McDonald’s Australia has released 12 new Happy Meal toys Your kids are going to go nuts for – but you’ll have to be quick to nab them.
McDonald’s has released a new series of Happy Meal toys that kids are bound to go bonkers for.
The fast food giant has immortalised the iconic characters from the Minions movie franchise to celebrate the release of Minions: The Rise Of Gru.
There are 12 toys to collect in total, with the campaign running until August 3.
“We are excited to be launching this new range of Happy Meal toys, featuring all the fan-favorite Minions characters that we know and love,” Liz Whitbread, senior brand manager at McDonald’s Australia, said.
“They’re one-in-a-Minion, and we know Happy Meal fans are going to go crazy for them.”

The new collection sees the characters – which feature in both the Minions and Despicable Me movies – in various playingful poses such as using a jackhammer, being a pilot and rollerskating.
There is even a little Gru to collect, where he drives a rocket ride.
The toys have been available since June 16. Minions: The Rise Of Gru will be in Australian cinemas from June 23.
Macca’s has held similar promotions in the past with Minions collectables that have seen kids go “crazy” in order to own them all.
The company pledged to make Happy Meal toys more sustainable in 2021, vowing more toys will be made from recycled or plant-based plastics as part of its mission to “drastically cut” use of plastic in the one billion children’s toys it sells by the end of 2025.
